Submit Your inquiry
Start by submitting the Pet Care Inquiry Form. Simply click any Book Now or Contact Us button on our website, Google business profile, or Facebook page. The form lets me learn about your pets and the services and dates you're requesting.
Create Your Client Portal
The next step is setting up your portal. Time to Pet is a secure account where you complete yours and your pet(s) profiles. You will be prompted to acknowledge or sign our new client agreement, and acknowledge our policies. This portal is also where you schedule, pay invoices, view our daily pet updates, and more.
Schedule Your Meet & Greet
Once everything is set up, this is the time where we set up a meet & greet. At the meet & greet, I'll get to know you, and your pets, learn their schedules, habits, personalities, etc. We discuss and also figure out home access
Booking Your Services
Before or after your Meet & Greet, you can submit your visit requests anytime through your Client Portal. Please note that submitting a request does not reserve your dates. Your booking is confirmed once your request is approved and payment has been received.

Your booking is officially confirmed once payment has been received. From there, all that's left is packing your bags while we take care of the pets!
